If you arrive at Aachen Hbf (short for “Hauptbahnhof”), then you may take bus lines 3A and 13A to get to the conference venue. It only takes 7 minutes. The A denotes the correct direction so you cannot travel in the wrong direction. Leave the bus at stop Eurogress, which is the name of the conference venue.
The simplest method to buy a bus ticket is to buy it from the bus driver. You may also buy a bus ticket beforehand in a shop nearby the train station. You can find the shop easily when standing at the bus stop and looking at the train station.
If you prefer to take a taxi, they are available outside the main train station.
